Brand Systems & Guidelines

The Challenge

Business development materials were being created as one-off assets with minimal brand guidance and no scalable system. Inconsistent execution across brokers, regions, and campaigns led to duplicated effort, slow turnaround times, and uneven brand presentation. As demand increased, the lack of applied brand standards made it difficult for teams to execute efficiently or maintain consistency across touchpoints.

My Role

  • Led the strategy, design, and implementation of the Business Development brand system in partnership with the Business Development Director.

  • Defined scalable templates, visual standards, and governance for broker- and investor-facing materials.

  • Developed practical design tools and assets to enable consistent execution across Business Development and Marketing teams.

  • Established a scalable brand system that improved consistency across Business Development and investor-facing communications.

  • Increased efficiency by introducing structured templates and clear visual standards for presentations, marketing materials, and sales collateral.
